The 2009-2010 Applicant Guide to Supervised Practice Experience is currently only available as an MS Access file provided via email (sent as a WinZip file as an email attachment). CDs of the 2009-2010 Applicant Guide are no longer available. The cost for the new 2010-2011 Applicant Guide is $35 and gives you the copyright privilege to print 5 copies of the document.

The dietetic practice group, Dietetics Educators of Practitioners (DEP), has updated the standardized supervised practice program application form. Feedback from DPD, DI, and CP directors at DEP Area meetings was used to update the form. From its conception, this form has been designed to reduce the variation in paperwork necessary for students to apply to supervised practice programs. | | |
